Dedicated Pod Classes: This is our most popular class during the pandemic offering practitioners the opportunity to explore a wide range of poses and techniques with a dedicated pod or special circle of close contacts for a class devoted to your groups inspired agenda, alongside our instructor’s dynamic, personalized guidance.  In this class, you will be able to safely challenge yourselves and reach new heights within your practice. We love supporting weddings, showers, parties and special events for family, friends and team building. This is also a great option for parents who want to support their children developing a yoga practice with other families or with just their peers. Book your private group yoga today! Choose a regular slot, or a time for your special event.  We can also come to your venue or host your special event for an additional fee.

Private Yoga Therapy: What is yoga therapy?  What is the difference between a yoga class with a teacher who has a few hundred hours of teacher training in some tropical paradise, and a yoga therapy session with a trained Yoga Therapist who has a college degree in psychology, training in trauma, grief, loss, eco-therapuetics, mental wellness and extensive experience with the effects of anxiety, trauma and loss on the brain and body?  It's night and day.  I offer a literal lifetime of experience that includes clinical trainings, personal insight, and a sense of the sacred that goes beyond a typical yoga class.  If you are wondering what yoga can do for your mental well being and/or are sick of suffering from chronic pain, signing up for a series of yoga therapy classes might be what you have been longing for.   This class has everything tailored specifically to your needs and personal situation: meditation, dynamic flow, stretches, body and mind restoration and personal growth as well as suggestions for healing your body, your mind, and your spirit from the blows life has dealt. If you are looking for a class that offers individual attention so that you can transform your life from the inside out, this is the one for you! Specializing in chronic pain, grief/loss, anxiety, PTSD and caregiver burnout. This class is NOT a substitute for medical care or clinical therapy with a licensed clinician.  If you are dealing with mental or physical health issues that are of an emergency or acute nature, please contact a licensed clinician or call 9-1-1.  Yoga therapy is meant to compliment medical and mental health care, not to replace it.

Private 1 on 1 yoga classes (up to two may attend--have more?  check out our pod option!):Vaccinated?  Sick of the pandemic?  What more than a zoom class can offer?  During this surge of pandemic reality, those of us who are doing our part to end the surge deserve a little TLC.  We know that group gatherings are contributing to the surge in Covid-19, but we got vaccinated so that we could re-enter the world safely, protecting the vulnerable in our community--but now it feels like we have to stay home because of the serious uptick being experienced in our hospitals.  As such, I am taking stock of the situation and have decided that it is important to address the balance between the value of in person yoga, and Covid-19 responsibility. I have opened up my traditional private yoga therapy slots to accommodate the need for social distancing and will be offering accessible and affordable private classes  (1-2 people only) for vaccinated or immunocompromised people who are taking this pandemic seriously.  We will spread out, mask up, and get our yoga practice going again safely!  Additionally, ALL group classes will be limited to no more than 6  people at this time for your protection.   Sign up in advance to hold your spot.  We're in this together!  Sign up today.

Partner Yoga: check schedule for times.  If unavailable, please contact us for interest in a class time! Currently limited to 12 people.  Partner Yoga is a great way to dive into your wellness journey in dedicated partnering as well as in friendships. We often find that those who enroll in our classes are surprised and excited by their own capacities, and through this class you will discover a whole new world that yoga has to offer with a dedicated partner.  Using each other to melt more deeply into healing postures, we’ll play with the healing power of safe touch, trust building and dynamic support.

Child friendly classes:  Vaccinated children or appropriately masked youths can enroll in a pod opportunity for yoga oriented toward children, tweens and teens! (We follow scientifically backed protocol to reduce Covid-19 transmission at all times. Vaccinated children may forego masks.)  If you are interested in a siblings class or a pod class for kids or want a parent-child opportunity, please sign up for a pod class and we'll be sure to have a blast together!  
 
 This is a class devoted to offering yoga to kiddos aged 7-12 who want to engage in a fun, expansive class that offers all the benefits of yoga to those who have kids in tow!  Together with the instructor’s guidance, you will be able to challenge yourself, get silly, and connect with the kid(s) you care for in a non judgmental environment.

Group Classes: Group classes are currently limited to 12 people due Covid-19 precautions.  We look forward to lifting limits as we are able.  We are also offering affordable one on one classes for vaccinated or immunocompromised individuals and Pod classes to enable groups to enjoy yoga in familiar company. Sign up in advance.   We're in this together!

Private Transformational Yoga Therapy: For yoga practitioners who want to push into the heart of asana, this class offers practitioners the opportunity to explore a wide range of poses and techniques. Together with the instructor’s guidance, you will be able to challenge yourself, go deeper, and reach higher.  Additionally, we can delve into chronic pain, recovery after injury, and the psychological puzzles of anxiety, grief, loss, and depression--exploring how these issues leak into the body, the muscles, the joints and settle in causing pain, stiffness, and a troubled mind.  Let's work through this together, in a safe, compassionate space where you will be in educated, caring hands.  Take your practice and your life to the next level.  You are  SO worthy.

Additional information on group, pod and private Classes: Check out our class schedule for group classes!  In mindfulness of our current pandemic situation and the reality of Hospital overflow, we are Currently limiting class sizes to 12 participants due to the ongoing presence of Covid-19 cases. It is advisable to sign up in advance in order to ensure a space at this time.   We strongly encourage you to sign up for private or pod  sessions which have been dramatically discounted to encourage social distancing.  This discounted rate is temporary, so take advantage of it while you can.  We're in this together!
